If you are seeking therapy or coaching, you are probably already experiencing some level of stress. My goal is to make therapy and coaching as accessible as I can to people who need it, to help reduce some of that stress, not add to it. If you don't see an option below that is a good fit for you, you are still more than welcome to reach out and discuss options, and if I can't help, then I will help you find someone who can. 

 

I offer one free consultation, lasting up to 15 minutes.

Private Pay:​

A 55-60 minute session is $110

40-45 minute session is $85

I offer a sliding scale fee for therapy ranging from $40-90 per session for those who qualify.

Enneagram Coaching

55-60 minute individual enneagram coaching session- $110

Group enneagram coaching sessions- $150 for 5 55-60 minute sessions

Insurance​

I accept Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Missouri and Massachusetts.  insurances. You can see a full list and get an estimate of your copay at https://secure.helloalma.com/providers/mary-jo-ayllon/. All of my billing for these insurances is through Alma.

I also accept Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia and Blue Cross and Blue Shield North Carolina, which is billed through a different platform. Please reach out for more information.

I am in-network with several North Carolina Medicaid plans. Please reach out for more information.

At this time, I do not charge a penalty for missed appointments, but I do ask to be given 24 hours notice when possible. I will not reschedule after 3 missed appointments without proper notice.
